Cora L. (Fladung) Soley, aged 82, of Clarksville, returned Home to her Lord on Friday evening, October 30, 2009 at Woodlawn Meadows in Hastings where she had resided for the past several years. Cora was born in Walsenburg, CO on May 24, 1927 to Clyde and Dorothy (Borland) Stackhouse. She is survived by her children, Larry (Judy) Fladung and Patricia (Larry) Miller; step-children, Tom (Laura) Soley, David ( Barbara) Soley, Judy (Larry) Fladung, Patricia (Bill) Shaw, Kim (Chris) Soley, and Steve (Carolyn) Soley; 16 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Opal Sauer; and special friend, Linda Lonier. Cora was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Joseph Fladung and Hilbert "Bud" Soley; and 5 sisters. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 4 at the Koops Funeral Chapel in Lake Odessa. There will be a time of visitation beginning at 11:00 AM on Wednesday and continuing until the time of service. The family has suggested that memorial contributions may be made to the Gideons, or to a Hospice group of the donor's choice.
